Yes i would visit Cuba if travel is easier and i think cuba would benefit from trading with the us because it could help shape their economy and that would cause their relationship to get better.
I think that the relationship changed simply because the tension between Cuba and America has more or less dissipated over the years. There is, of course, a large chance that both Cuba and America will benefit from trading, seeing how Cuba has been in isolation for so long. Economy aside, I believe that there will be other benefits for the people as well, including the reunification of families.
If travel was easier I could visit Cuba, and I think many other people would too. Like someone mention in class, I think a huge concern is that once tourist come to Cuba, it will become industrialized and very westernized. I think both Cuba and US will benefit from trading, but I can see Cuba benefiting a little more than US. I think the relationship changed because the tension has decreased over the years and it'd be better with no tensions in terms of both countries benefiting from trade.
I would definitely visit Cuba once travel there is easy because I love to travel in general, I want to experience their culture and learn more about their history, and it is a beautiful place to visit. I think trading with the US and allowing tourists is really beneficial to Cuba as they would gain a lot of profit out of it and their society would be able to gain more insight into the American culture and reunite with their families and vice versa as they have been deprived of these things for so long. I think the relationship between US and Cuba changed as tensions have eased over the years and Cuba is interested in opening up more from being so secluded from everyone else over all these years.
I think the relationship between the US and Cuba has changed because the people running these countries now are different than the ones in the past. Also, it's been years since the Cuban Missile Crisis, and I would like to think the tensions that were present before have been diffused at this point. Because of this, I'd be open to traveling to Cuba because I can finally go to a country without it being looked down upon by the US.
