- Do you believe that people are overreacting or do you think they have the right to?
- Who do you think is to blame for this incident?
- How has this incident impacted your affiliation with the food chain?
-I do think people have the right to react in this way if they want to, and through this way, Chipotle will be more cautious in the future as they would not want to lose customers.
ReplyDelete-I think that Chipotle needs to have better monitoring over the food they purchase and they need to create a better system with the food they use in order to assure no one gets sick.
-Because of this situation, I stopped eating at Chipotle for a while. However, now that the situation "appears" to be settled with, I went back one or two times as I really like the food chain; yet, I would hope that they are really trying to prevent a situation like this from occurring again.
I agree with Hena, that people have the right to think the way they want. Some people don't care, while others do and it is seen as "overreacting." The downside is that Chipotle will be losing customers and that means losing business. Chipotle managers and workers need to be able to ensure the public of the safety of their food. I actually did not know about this incident for a while. Maybe a a couple weeks after it happened, I found out. I don't really eat Chipotle that often before, and I still don't eat it that often now. I don't think this incident has affected my purchases for Chipotle because I still went back once even though I knew people have gotten sick.
